Introduction to Web Registration, 2022-2023

Once again, registration will be done through the parish website.

 We hope this makes the process a little easier for our families again this year.

Please download and fill out the three-page Registration Form. 

Note there are two different forms, Grades 1-6 OR Grades 7-9.

Grades 1-6:   Download and Print the 3-page form here.

Grades 7 and 8 (Confirmation Preparation):   Download and Print the 3-page form here.

Remember that classes are filled on a first come, first served basis, so please register as soon as you can. 

Please submit the three-page registration forms to the Office of Faith Formation. 

You can also mail them or drop them off in the sacristy before/after any of our weekend Masses.

Seeking Volunteers!

Please think about offering your time and talent to help our Faith Formation program. We can really use substitute catechists (any grade level), assistants, or volunteers. Please contact Jane Oliva for further information.
