We warmly welcome your family to our Faith Formation Program. If you are new to our parish, we kindly ask that you first register with the Parish Office before enrolling your child in Faith Formation classes.
If you are unsure whether your family is already registered with the parish, please feel free to contact the Parish Office at (631) 929-4339. Our staff will be happy to assist you.
Parish registration is required prior to enrollment in our Faith Formation Program, and we look forward to accompanying your family on this important journey of faith.
